Grateful you’re here

Like you, it took pain, hardship and a lack of answers from those we trust to give them, for me to be here today.

My personal health experiences began me on this journey of greater understanding and research, and I am deeply grateful that I can now bring authentic healing to others as a result of what I’ve journeyed through.

Your body is designed in every way to heal itself, it is only through our lifestyle choices and modern food diets that we inhibit its innate ability to do this.

The only way out is through.

You must travel through the pain, through the heartache, through the illness to reach the other side, you cannot avoid, ignore or suppress what your body is trying to tell you.

Your body sends these messages to help you, to communicate there is a problem that needs shifting.

It is your job to return the favour, to help the body.

There are no quick fixes; If you truly want to heal, you must do the work.

My role during this time is to offer loving, non-judgemental support and to guide and educate you as you journey through the highs and lows of returning your body back to an optimal state of wellness.


My Approach

I use traditional nutrition methods with the assistance of plant medicine, to return balance to your body & spirit.

With the addition of mindfulness techniques and lifestyle shifts, we are able to journey through the physical and emotional aspects of your being that are keeping you in a lower state of wellness and begin to shift your body back to an optimal state of wellness.

Here, you are not just a number, a label, a diagnosis.

Here, you receive my undivided attention for over an hour within a safe space, to truly open up and share about yourself.

Your concerns are heard, addressed & genuinely cared about. Whether they be nutritional, lifestyle, emotional or spiritual.
